Energetic relaxation massage is a full body massage, by tranquility, attention and of course relaxation.

I’ll start with the back, neck and shoulders, this massage helps to prevent and resolve complaints. Then the buttocks massaged, followed by the legs, calves and feet. You turn around and head, face, chest and abdomen are massaged, followed by the arms and hands. Finally, the legs and feet to be massaged.

After the massage

You will be covered in a warm towel and get the opportunity to feel what you have experienced. After the massage you can share your experiences if you like to.
